Each member of the BPO team has distinguished themselves by thinking and implementing solutions that go beyond the accepted wisdom of mainstream thinking. Criticized and even mocked, they have courageously persisted, daring to explore new, unexplored paths. They have earned the award for "out of the ordinary" results, capitalizing on their unique experience in their specialization. This has always been the true driving force behind innovation and progress! The BPO professionals offer clients decades of experience in specific and complementary fields. This allows them to tackle complex projects with a systemic vision, identifying organizational bottlenecks that simple technological implementation cannot resolve. Iler Bertani
IBM Mainframe and Legacy Systems
IT Analyst and Application Designer for IBM Mainframes since the 1980s. He has in-depth knowledge of the IBM Mainframe, its operating systems, and programming languages.
He has developed applications for major companies, working in Italy and abroad. He has gained significant experience in the analysis and implementation of complex data processing procedures: expertise he offers to qualified clients.
Antonio Carbonera
Organization and Innovation
He has been working in organizational science since 1972. A visionary, inventor of the digital document in 1979 and the first smart building in 1984, he has designed and filed patents for more than one hundred organizational solutions.
He has worked – in Italy and abroad – on major organizational improvement projects for over 1,000 companies in every sector, always achieving significant results.
Paolo Forlani
Hardware, Software and Patents
An electronics engineer who graduated in 1975, he worked first as an employee, then as an industrial manager, and finally as a freelancer. He has gained extensive experience on projects both in Italy and abroad.
He has acquired proven skills as a designer of analog hardware, digital hardware and microcontrollers, industrial systems, electronic devices of all kinds, and software of all kinds (from Assembly Language to C++).
Registered in the Register of Engineers of the province of Milan at number 12817. Inventor of numerous solutions and patents in the field of document management, data transmission and digital and graphometric signatures.
Jacek Marczyk
Artificial Intuition and Resilience
He graduated in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1983, then in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 1986, and in 1998 obtained a PhD in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Catalunya in Barcelona.
He has worked in Italy and abroad in the aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, hardware, and software sectors. Since 2005, he has developed technologies to monitor the complexity and resilience of infrastructures, processes, and businesses.
He developed Artificial Intuition, fourth-generation AI that doesn't require machine learning to anticipate anomalies and failures.
He speaks five languages fluently and has published books on engineering, finance, economics, and sociology.
Fabio Rovati
Enterprise IT Security
Fabio Rovati is one of the leading experts in IT security. Graduated in Engineering at Politecnico
di Milano, for more than twenty years has been working on the organization of IT security for companies.
His great knowledge and experience have led him to acquire the most prestigious international awards in this
field, and an impressive number of product certifications.

Andrea Termite
Management Solutions and Business Processes
Passionate about technology, he earned a degree in Computer Science in 1996. For 30 years, he has designed and implemented management solutions for medium and large-sized Italian and international companies, bringing simplification and greater efficiency to their work.
This experience, and his aptitude for supporting positive human progress, have led him to hone his analytical skills and digital implementation of complex business processes.
